Shipping Options: The following are shipping/postage rates for within continental United States & International. They include packaging, handling and insurance. We use UPS, Fed Ex, DHL & or US Postal Service.

Returns Authorization: All returns or exchanges require a return authorization. Please contact us prior to returning.

Returns:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Giclee Ketubahs cannot be returned since they are printed per customer order and cannot be resold.
Lithograph Ketubahs may be returned, pending an approval from the artist. The Ketubah has to be undamaged so it can be resold. Personalized or customized Ketubahs can not be returned, unless due to our error. Shipping will not be refunded, unless the return is due to our error. The Ketubah has to be returned in its original packaging.

Cancelations:
If a proof has been provided before cancelation of an order, the client can be responsible for a minimum charge of $35 and up, for the artist's time and effort.  

Damaged Ketubah: In case a Ketubah arrives damaged, it will be replaced at no extra charge. The original packaging and artwork has to be saved for the claim process.

Ketubah order time frame:
Ketubahs with no personalization or customization should arrive at your door under 2 weeks. If you would like a faster delivery, please indicate by choosing the appropriate shipping method.

Ketubahs with personalization or customization usually take under 4 weeks from the date of the receipt of your completed fill-in form (custom texts may take a little longer).

Rush orders are welcomed. We will use any and all of our resources to take care of your needs. Please keep in mind, depending on the artist, rush fees may apply.
